How is project burn rate calculated?
Total hourly burn rate is the sum of entered labor and other hourly costs. Timed cost equals burn rate multiplied by included tracked seconds divided by 3,600. Starting project cost is added once.
How is budget runway calculated?
Remaining budget divided by the current hourly burn rate estimates additional active tracked time. It assumes a constant rate and excludes paused time.

This is a mathematical estimate, not accounting, payroll, project-management software, or a judgment of project efficiency. Costs and budgets remain in the browser and are not persisted.
