Enter your pay rate and start the counter.
This is an estimated gross amount based on one constant rate and paid time. Taxes, deductions, overtime, payroll rules, and paid-break eligibility are not calculated.
How does the live earnings counter work?
Estimated gross earnings = hourly rate × paid elapsed milliseconds ÷ 3,600,000. The display refreshes about every tenth of a second, but each value is recalculated from timestamps rather than accumulated timer ticks.
How is annual salary converted?
The estimated hourly rate is annual salary divided by paid hours per week multiplied by paid weeks per year. For example, $52,000 ÷ (40 × 52) equals $25 per paid hour. This is a schedule-based estimate, not an employer payroll calculation.
Why does the live amount show an extra decimal place?
The live meter shows one digit beyond the currency's standard smallest unit so small changes remain visible. Completed-session results return to normal currency precision; fractional cents, yen, or won are not presented as settlement units.
How do unpaid breaks affect the counter?
Pause excludes that duration from paid elapsed time. Leave the counter running for a paid break. The calculator does not determine whether a break is legally paid or unpaid.

How much do I earn every 0.1 second?

Is this my exact paycheck?
