Estimated fee equals the charge amount multiplied by the selected percentage rate, plus the selected fixed fee. The standard preset is limited to U.S. online domestic-card pricing; international-card and conversion additions are applied only when selected.
The reverse calculation divides the desired net plus fixed fee by one minus the percentage rate, then rounds the charge upward by cents until the rounded estimated net meets the target.
