How does the life remaining counter work?
The calculator adds the selected target age to the entered birth date, then compares that local target moment with the current device time. Calendar years and months use real calendar boundaries; total units use the timestamp difference. The counter recalculates once per second.
This counter measures time until a target age you choose. It does not predict lifespan or health outcomes.
Why do calendar months and total days look different?
Calendar months vary from 28 to 31 days. Leap years and local clock changes can also affect elapsed hours. The calendar duration therefore remains separate from total-day, hour, minute, and second equivalents.
What does the life-in-months grid show?
Each cell represents one calendar month in the selected birth-to-target period. Completed cells are full calendar months elapsed, the current cell is the month in progress, and remaining cells are months until the selected target age.
How are leap-day birthdays handled?
When a February 29 birthday is advanced to a non-leap target year, the date is clamped to February 28—the last valid day of that birth month.

Does this predict how long I will live?
No. It only counts toward an age selected by you.
Can I use only my current age?
Yes. Current age mode provides an approximation using the average Gregorian year length.
Why is a month not treated as 30 days?
Calendar months have different lengths, so exact mode uses actual calendar-month boundaries.
Does the counter correct after background-tab delays?
Yes. It recalculates from the current device time rather than blindly decrementing stored seconds.
Is my birth date saved?
No. It is processed in the browser and is not stored by this calculator.
