What grade do I need on my final?
Required final score = (Target grade - Current grade x Remaining course weight) / Final exam weight.
The remaining course weight is 1 minus the final exam weight. For an 88% current grade, 90% target, and 25% final, prior coursework contributes 88 x 75% = 66 points. The final must contribute 24 points, so 24 / 25% = 96% is needed.
What does "final worth 25%" mean?
A final worth 25% supplies one quarter of the final course grade. Coursework completed before it supplies the remaining 75%. It does not mean that you need 25% on the exam.
Current-grade assumption
The entered current grade should represent completed coursework before the final. If a grade portal already counts the ungraded final as a zero, its displayed percentage may need adjustment. For weighted homework, quizzes, labs, and midterms, use the current weighted grade reported before the final.

Your prior coursework contributes enough that even a 0% final would leave the course grade at or above the target.
